Blueberry Cream Cheese Cake

1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
1 cup milk
1 large egg
1-1/2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup sugar
4 cups Mood's Jersey Fresh blueberries
4 oz. cream cheese, cut into cubes

Place butter in 9 X 13" pan and melt in oven. Mix all dry ingredients. Mix egg and milk and add to dry ingredients. Remove pan with butter and pour batter over butter. Evenly spread blueberries over batter. DO NOT STIR. Place cubes of cream cheese over berries so each peice will have some when sliced. Bake at 350 deg. F. for 45 minutes, or untill top is golden brown.

Serve with ice cream or whipped cream.
