No-Bake Blueberry Cream Cheese Pie

Ingredients:
5oz. softened cream cheese
1/2 cup confections sugar
3/4 cup heavy whipping cream (can use cool whip - extra creamy)
1 Graham cracker crust
1/3 cup sugar, 2 tbsp. cornstarch, 1/4 cup water, 2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
3 cups Mood's Jersey Fresh blueberries

Instructions:
In mixing bowl with stand mixer, beat first 3 ingredients until smooth. Spread into pie crust, smooth out. Using 1/4 of berries, sprinkle on top of cream cheese mixture, distribute evenly. Place in refrigerator. In large saucepan, combine sugar, water, cornstarch, and lemon juice until smooth. Stir in remaining berries. Bring to boil over medium heat, cook, and stir for 2 minutes or until thick. Cool glaze about 10 minutes and pour over cream cheese in pie crust. Place back in refrigerator at least 2 hours. Can top with additional whipped cream, if desired.
