Firmly grasp the apple and gently twist. Don't yank the apple off the tree or others may fall...some on your head!

STORING TIPS

Keep apples in a bag in the refrigerator. They will keep for several weeks.

NUTRITION FACTS

Apples are a good source of vitamin C and dietary fiber. Most of the nutrients are in the skin, so don't peel your apple!
