Air fryer blueberry bread pudding

Ingredients:
- half loaf of brioche bread, cubed
- 3/4 French baguette, cubed
- 3 eggs
- 2 cup half and half
- 2 Tbsp. vanilla
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1-2 cups blueberries
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 stick salted butter, sliced into parts
How to Make:
1. Preheat air fryer to 350.
2. Fold bread, sugar, cinnamon, vanilla half and half gently in a mixing bowl.
3. Lightly beat eggs in separate bowl then gently fold into other ingredients.
4. Fold blueberries into mixture.
5. Pour intro greased dish and top with butter slices.
6. Cover with foil.
7. Bake 25 minutes then uncover and bake 10 minutes or until golden.
8. Let rest for 10 minutes then enjoy!
