blueberry heaven on earth dessert

Ingredients:
- 2 1/2 cups of Mood's Jersey Fresh blueberries
- 1/3 cup water
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
Combine all 4 of the ingredients above and cook for 8-10 minutes. Add 2 Tbsp. cornstarch and 2 Tbsp. of water to warm berry sauce. Cook and stir until thickened. Cool.
1 16oz loaf of pound cake or angel food cake, cut in 1 inch pieces. Place 1/2 in bottom of a 9x13" baking dish. Spread 2/3 of fruit on top. Layer remaining cake cubes on top.
Mix 1 cup of sour cream, 1 3.6pkg of vanilla instant pudding and 1 1/2 cup of milk. Whisk together until smooth. After pudding is set, pour evenly on top.
Spread one 8oz container of Cool Whip evenly over pudding layer. Spread remaining fruit filling on top.
Refrigerate a minimum of 5 hours before serving. Overnight is better.
Put a few fresh berries on top before serving.
