Blueberry no-bake cheesecake

Premade graham cracker crust (2)
Jam:
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup sugar
- zest and juice if half lemon
Cook down in pan over medium heat for 15 minutes.
White Chocolate:
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream
Melt together over medium heat.
Cheesecake:
- 2 packages cream cheese
- 1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 5.1 oz package vanilla pudding mix
- 8 oz container whipped topping
Cream together in mixer, add blueberry jam and white chocolate. Mix until combined. Pour into premade graham cracker crust and decorate with additional whipped topping and sugared blueberries. Refrigerate two hours minimum.
