Blueberry Pizza

Compote
4 cups fresh blueberries
1 cup sugar
3 1/2 Tbsp cornstarch
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup water
1 Tbsp butter

Crust
4 Tbsp cold butter
4 Tbsp sugar
1 egg
1 cup flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt

Filling
8 oz cream cheese
2 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup chopped pecans

Compote:
In sauce pan, mix all ingredients except butter and 2 cups blueberries. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, till thick. Stir in butter and remaining berries, let cool in fridge.

Crust:
Mix all ingredients into a ball and roll out onto pizza pan/baking stone. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees F. Let cool.

Filling:
Blend cream cheese, eggs, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Add nuts. Pour into cooled pie shell. Return to 350 degree oven for 15 minutes or until set. When cool, spread bluberry compote on top. Enjoy!
